How does it work?

1. Choose the department you want to shop. If you wish to visit more than one department, inform a receptionist upon arrival.

2. Fill in the form

3. Make sure you receive your appointment confirmation via text message and/or email.
   If you do not have a phone or email address, go directly to the store at the time of your choosing. Please note that, depending on traffic, you may have to wait to be greeted at the store.

4. Don't worry! You will receive a notification on the scheduled day. Simply go to your store and join the queue. Our staff will welcome you and ensure that your shopping experience is both enjoyable and safe.
