Terms and conditions if the sale is accepted
- If the purchase order is accepted, the customer will have to pay full payment of the sale price, prior to the delivery of merchandise. No merchandise will be delivered if such payment has not been received before.
- The vendor hereby designated as “Tanguay" cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the merchandise sold, and the customer acknowledges hereby that any delay in delivery can only be attributed to the manufacturer.
- The term "goods" indicates the goods or services and all accessories delivered with the goods.
- The customer agrees that all the goods ordered are identical to their description in this purchase order, catalogues, or any other types of advertising material regarding the said merchandises.
- The merchandise described in the present is subject to the manufacturer's warranty which is given to the customer. The warranty can be exercised according to the modalities in the document of warranty handed to the client during the delivery of the merchandise.
- The present document is not a contract but a purchase order from the customer. The vendor has the right to accept or refuse the purchase order.
- The customer acknowledges that this purchase order will only be accepted on receiving an invoice from Tanguay.
- The customer acknowledges receipt of the purchase order and hereby having read the above and agrees to the terms and conditions.
The client orders to Tanguay the goods at the conditions mentioned on the purchase order.
